Shipping & Handling Policy

Orders placed online through our web site will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless special pick up arrangements have been made for the greater Cleveland, TN area. Please call 423-464-5826 or email wanda@oldsouthfabrics.com for pick up arrangements. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. At this time, we do not ship Internationally. Return Policy

Old South Fabrics is committed to 100% satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping. In the case of damaged goods or packing error, please contact Old South Fabrics at 423-464-5826 or email wanda@oldsouthfabrics.com. We do not take returns on correctly filled orders.

Sales Tax

Orders placed from within the state of Tennessee will have 9.75% sales tax added. All orders from outside the state of Tennessee will not have any sales tax added.

3. Do you have a brick and mortar store? We do. Due to current situation in our country, we are not currently open to the public.      However, you may pick up your order at our workplace located on 2244 Spring Place Road, Cleveland, TN.
     We are in the Spring Place Village shopping area. We hope to reopen our shopping hours in the near future.
     You may call for a private appointment time.
