When I was a child, June was a special month. My mom would wake my sisters and I up at the crack of dawn to head to
the strawberry patch so we would pick quarts and quarts of berries that we'd bring home and turn into various strawberry
delights. Of course, one of those delights was strawberry jam! Bursting with beautiful florals, summery ginghams, polka
dots, and stripes, nothing could be sweeter than some of my Strawberry Jam Collection.
